We are approaching Women in Sport Week which will run from the 5th to the 12th March. 

Initiated by Sport Ireland around the International Women’s day the week celebrates all things women in sport.

For the 2nd time O.N.A.K.A.I. is encouraging clubs to open their doors and offer Free tasters.

This year we have entitled the scheme “Bring your mum, wife, sister, friend” to encourage all students to bring someone close to them.

SEDAI will run on Thursday 9th, 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

This Seminar is an Open Karate Seminar for Members and Non-WSKF Members.

All practitioners welcome.

This event is kindly hosted by Sensei Mitsuoka Tomiko, Chief Instructor, WSKF England and her valuable team. For me, it is an honor to be a part of this facilitation affording an excellent opportunity to share knowledge and reciprocal learning with each other in this dynamic and interesting martial art. For us, as practitioners, to invest ourselves in preserving the root of Traditional Karate-Do which are Kihon, Kata, and Kumite.
