The National Kata Squad training is attached to the ONAKAI Strategic Development Plan 2021-2024 in terms of growing and maintaining a pool of Kata athletes at Cadet, Junior and Seniors levels.
Creating and implementing a quality program of training to develop Squad Sessions within the Leinster Region for the following groups:
Development 7 – 11 years
Age 12 – 15 years
Age 16 and over
Main Goal - Olympic Pathways - Nurturing talent for representation of Ireland at all levels of Olympic events
